De veehouderij in Noord-Holland produceert in 2024 circa 17,8 mln. kg stikstof
Deze indicator gaat over de stikstofproductie op veehouderijbedrijven. Bij de brutostikstofproductie gaat het om de totale hoeveelheid uitgescheiden stikstof (N) zonder aftrek van stikstof die vervluchtigt in de vorm van ammoniak (NH3), inclusief de afvoer via spuiwater van luchtwassers, lachgas (N2O), stikstofoxide (NO) en stikstofgas (N2).
